Annual General Meeting: this is held once in every calendar year, but not more than six months after the end of the preceding financial year – i.e. any time between January 1st and June 30th.
Executive Committee Meetings: these are usually held on the second Friday of every month.
Technical Sub-committee meetings: these are usually held on the first Wednesday of every month.
